STEP 1: MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING

Contact ESF Events via email at info@allstarsupercup.co.uk or by phone on 01664 566360 and, subject to availability, we will reserve your team a place for up to 2 weeks free of charge.

 

STEP 2: REGISTER YOUR TEAM(S)

Complete and return a team registration form and pay the team registration fee. ESF Events will then confirm your team registration via email.

 

STEP 3: BOOK HILTON HOTEL ROOMS AND MEALS

Once registered, ESF Events will email the Group Leader an accommodation booking link, through which parents/guardians can book Hilton hotel rooms online. A deposit of £75 per room is required to book hotel rooms. Parents/guardians have the option to add breakfast (£5 per child / £10 per adult) and/or dinner (£10.50 per child / £21.00 per adult) at the Hilton restaurant. A deposit of £5 per person per meal is required to book meals.

 

STEP 4: PAY FINAL BALANCE

The final balance for Hilton hotel rooms and meals is due 10 weeks before the tournament.
