STEP 1: CHECK AVAILABILITY
Call ESF Events on 01664 566360 or email info@allstarsupercup.co.uk to check the latest team and accommodation availability.
STEP 2: REGISTER TEAM
& RESERVE ACCOMMODATION
Group Leaders complete and return a team registration form and pay the team registration fee, which includes the accommodation requirements for your group.
ESF Events will then confirm your team registration and accommodation booking details via email.
STEP 3: PAY ACCOMMODATION DEPOSITS
Your accommodation booking will be reserved for a specified period of time (normally 3 weeks), by which time you must pay the accommodation deposits of £30 per person.
STEP 4: PAY FINAL BALANCE
The final balance for accommodation payments is due no later than 10 weeks before the festival. Stage payments can be paid throughout the year if required.
