1. INTRODUCTION

The following terms and conditions govern your use of the ESF Events website at www.allstarsupercup.co.uk and (the “Site”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding to use the Site. By using the Site, you will be taken to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and are agreeing to be bound by them, in the same way as if you had signed a printed version, and they will continue to apply every time you use the Site. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by ESF Events Ltd trading as ESF Events Ltd (“ESF Events Ltd”).

3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyright and database rights) in the Site are owned by ESF Events or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, all intellectual property rights in: (i) the services made available to you via the Site; (ii) the content on the Site and the way such content is presented or made available to you; and (iii) any names or logos which identify ESF Events, (or any company within the ESF Events group), or any third party (together the “Content”). Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as conferring any licence or right under any trademark or patent of ESF Events (or any company within the ESF Events group), or any other third party.

4. USE OF THE SITE

You may print one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to such extracts or page(s) for information purposes only. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. ESF Event’s status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

Except as expressly set out in the paragraph above, you may not store, reproduce or distribute the Content for any purpose, except with the express prior written permission of ESF Events and subject to any terms and conditions imposed by ESF Events on such use. In addition, you may not, without the express written permission of ESF Events: (i) include any link from any other web site or Internet service to the Site; or (ii) amend, edit, frame or modify all or any part of the Site or the Content.

5. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO YOU

ESF Events does not provide any warranties about the availability of the Site or the Content; or that the Site or the Content will be error free; or of the quality, completeness or accuracy of the Content. The Content and the Site are only for your general information and are not intended to address any particular requirements.

ESF Events accepts no responsibility for any use made of the Site or the Content and shall not be liable for any loss suffered thereby (except for direct loss suffered by you to the extent caused by ESF Event’s negligence or fraud) to the fullest extent that ESF Events may exclude or limit such liability at law.

In any event and without limiting the above, ESF Events will not be liable to you for any failures, interruptions, delays or other matters of a similar nature arising out of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. You can access other sites via links from the Site – please see paragraph 6 below for more information on our responsibilities in relation to third party sites and services.

6. THIRD PARTY SITES AND SERVICES

You acknowledge that the intellectual property rights in any software available on the Site are owned by ESF Events or its third party suppliers, and agree to be bound by any restrictions or terms of use in relation to such software. Do not install or use any of this software unless you agree to such restrictions or terms. ESF Events is not responsible for any technical or other issues that may happen if you download third party software.

The Site may contain links to various web sites that are operated by third parties over whom ESF Events has no control. ESF Events therefore does not make any representation – and does not accept any liability – in respect of the content, products or services available from such web sites, or the business of such third parties. Any dealings with advertisers and merchants accessed using the Site shall be entirely at your own risk.

7. DATA PROTECTION

Any details which you provide to ESF Events from which ESF Events can identify you will be held and processed in accordance with ESF Event’s Privacy Policy.

8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to do so without your consent. Any change will take effect when the change is posted on the Site. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a change if you continue to use the Site after the change has been posted.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
