2 Rooms AvailableOnce a team has had their registration accepted, ESF Events will email the Group Leader an accommodation booking link, through which parents/guardians can book Hilton hotel rooms online. A deposit of £75 per room is required to book hotel rooms.
When booking hotel rooms online, parents/guardians have the option to add breakfast (£5.50 per child / £11 per adult) and/or dinner (£11 per child / £22 per adult) at the Hilton restaurant.
The final balance for Hilton hotel rooms and meals is due 10 weeks before the tournament.
Please note, accommodation and meal deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. Amendments to bookings incur a £20 fee per amendment.
