ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS & PRICES

Located on the edge of the National Forest, the Hilton at St. George’s Park provides a home from home for England’s National teams during their pre match preparations.

Guests can work out in the health club and unwind in the indoor swimming pool. You can enjoy relaxed drinks in the bar, or dine in the Restaurant with its expertly prepared menus.

Guest Rooms and Suites are tastefully decorated, featuring large windows, a comfortable workspace and relaxing bathrooms with separate baths and showers.

The Room rates below include VAT and are for one night’s accommodation the night before your tournament. For example, if your tournament date is Saturday 17 August, the accommodation at the Hilton is provided on Friday 16 August. All guests booked in at The Hilton Hotel through ESF Events will receive an All Star Super Cup wristband.

HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION

When completing the team registration form, Group Leaders should include the accommodation requirements for your group. ESF Events will then confirm your team registration and accommodation booking details via email.

Your accommodation booking will be reserved for a specified period of time (normally 3 weeks), by which time you must pay the accommodation deposits of £30 per person.

The final balance for accommodation payments is due 10 weeks before the festival.

Please note, accommodation deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. Amendments to bookings incur a £20 fee per amendment.

NON RESIDENTIAL TEAMS

Teams wishing to participate in the festival without booking accommodation at the Hilton Hotel are permitted to apply for entry by returning the Team Registration Form. However, we cannot guarantee team spaces for non-residential teams until the number of residential touring teams is finalised in each age group. At this stage, if additional team spaces are available, registrations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

Individuals not booked at the Hilton Hotel (excluding players) will be required to purchase an All Star Super Cup wristband in advance of the event for entry to St George’s Park, which are priced at for £15 per adult and £7.50 per child.
