The All Star Super Cup provides a unique footballing experience to grassroots teams of all abilities, the likes of which is normally only accessible to those at the very top of the professional game.

Staged at St George’s Park, the home of England’s National teams, with overnight accommodation available on site at the Hilton Hotel, the event offers a truly inspirational experience for your players and their families.

ESF Events and Team Grassroots are proud to invite your grassroots team to participate in the All Star Super Cup at St George’s Park in August 2026. Following a hugely successful series of All Star Super Cup tournaments in 2025, demand is expected to be high in 2026. Team registration is now open and spaces are capped in each age group, so early booking is strongly recommend.

Tournament format

Teams will participate in an exciting one day festival, typically playing 5 – 6 fixtures throughout the day. The exact format of the festival will be announced closer to the time of the events, but teams will typically play round robin group stage fixtures in the morning, with group standings then determining which section your team progress to in the afternoon (Main Cup, Shield, Bowl etc.). All teams will have a minimum of one hour of football scheduled for the day and all fixtures are played on 3G pitches. Following the final fixtures a trophy and medal presentation will take place at St George’s Park.


Medals & Trophies

All players will receive a quality All Star Super Cup medal as a memento of the experience. In addition, there are also superb team trophies for the winners and runners-up in the Main Cup and for the winners of the playoff pool groups (Shield, Bowl etc.).

Qualification / Eligibility

The tournament for grassroots teams of all abilities. All teams must be affiliated to a County, Area, National or School Football Association and must be playing together as a team on a regular basis throughout the season, such as in a league.

Centre of Excellence and Academy teams affiliated to professional clubs and ‘representative’ sides are not permitted to enter.

All players must be FA registered players for the participating team.

Boys who are signed with an FA Premier League or Football League Academy at the time of the festival are not permitted to participate.

Girls who are registered/signed with a Emerging Talent Centres (ETCs) or professional club Academy are permitted to participate, providing they are currently a registered player for the team participating, and they have approval from the ETC or Academy to participate in grassroots football. Girls who are signed to a Professional Game Academy (PGA) team at the time of the festival are not permitted to participate.

Fixtures, Schedules & Final Briefing

A final briefing email will be sent to the Group Leaders of all participating teams 7-10 days before the festival takes place. The final briefing will include fixtures, schedules and the festival rules. At this stage, the All Star Super Cup APP will also go live, displaying all festival fixtures, schedules, results and other useful festival information.


Rules

The All Star Super Cup will be played in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Football Association.

Independent, qualified referees are appointed for all fixtures.


How to book Hilton rooms and meals

Once a team has had their registration accepted, ESF Events will email the Group Leader an accommodation booking link, through which parents/guardians can book Hilton hotel rooms online. A deposit of £75 per room is required to book hotel rooms.

When booking hotel rooms online, parents/guardians have the option to add breakfast and/or dinner at the Hilton Restaurant. The 2026 meal prices are to be confirmed, but as a guide the 2025 meal prices were; 2025 Breakfast = £5 per child / £10 per adult, 2025 Dinner = £10.50 per child / £21.00 per adult. Dinner is a buffet service, À la carte menu is not available for this break. A deposit of £5 per person per meal is required to book meals.

The final balance for Hilton hotel rooms and meals is due 10 weeks before the tournament.

Please note, accommodation and meal deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. Amendments to bookings incur a £20 fee per amendment.


Non-residential teams

The All Star Super Cup is primarily set up as a residential experience, with attendees boking rooms at the Hilton the night before your tournament date. Priority is given to ‘Residential Teams’, who agree to book Hilton hotel rooms for their group.

‘Non-Residential Teams’, who wish to participate without booking Hilton rooms, can apply for entry by selecting ‘Non-Residential’ when completing Team Registration, which includes paying the appropriate Team Registration Fee in full. However, we cannot guarantee team spaces for ‘Non-Residential Teams’ until the number of ‘Residential Teams’ is finalised in each age group, which we anticipate being no later than 31 May 2026. At that stage, if additional team spaces are available, registrations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis from ‘Non-Residential Teams’. If a team space is not available in your age group, you will be refunded the Team Registration Fee.

Individuals not booked at the Hilton Hotel (excluding the players and two coaches per team) who wish to attend St George’s Park will be required to purchase an All Star Super Cup wristband in advance of the event, which are priced at for £15 per adult and £7.50 per child.


Wristbands

All players, coaches and spectators attending the All Star Super Cup at St George’s Park require an event wristband in order to attend the event. All guests booked through ESF Events at the Hilton Hotel will receive an event wristband included with their booking.

Individuals not booked at the Hilton Hotel (excluding the players and two coaches per team) who wish to attend St George’s Park will be required to purchase an All Star Super Cup wristband in advance of the event, which are priced at for £15 per adult and £7.50 per child.


Cancellation charges

Team Registration Fees are non-refundable should you cancel your booking.

If you need to cancel a unit of accommodation due to illness, accident or change of circumstances, the Group Leader must notify ESF Events via email. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date ESF Events receive the Group Leader’s instruction to cancel a unit of accommodation, and are based on the arrival date of your break, as detailed in the table below:

Accommodation Deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances. Any refunds due will be paid from ESF Events via bank transfer, bank account details to be provided by the Group Leader of the booking.

If you have taken a private insurance policy you will need to contact your insurers directly to claim.


Insurance

The All Star Super Cup is covered for ‘Public Liability’ insurance by ESF Events Ltd. However, this does not cover individual teams or ‘person to person’ public liability, personal accident or injury whilst attending the festival. We strongly recommend that all participating teams, if they are not already covered, take out insurance cover for these risks. We also strongly recommend all members of your party take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover your break.

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

It is a condition of participation in All Star Super Cup that you agree to accept the authority and decisions of the ESF Events and St George’s Park Officials in attendance. It is the responsibility of the Group Leader and adults in the party to ensure the behaviour of all members of your party is acceptable at all times.

The Code of Conduct will be forwarded to all Group Leaders prior to the festival. This Code of Conduct must be accepted and adhered to by all members of your group whilst in attendance at the festival. In extreme cases of unacceptable behaviour, ESF Events, St Georges Park and the Hilton reserve the right to terminate your booking,  whereby part or all of a team may be required to leave the premises without refund.

Clubs will be charged for any damages caused by members of their party. Misconduct may also be reported to the appropriate Area or National Governing body by ESF Events, for further disciplinary action to be taken as deemed appropriate.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO

By registering your team(s), you agree that ESF Events may use photographs and/or video taken by official event photographers of individual players or teams, in the event marketing literature, website, Social Media platforms and advertising. If you would not like photography and/or video of your players or teams to be used for this purpose for any reason, you must notify ESF Events via email prior to the event.


FINANCIAL PROTECTION

The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for ESF Events Limited number 5165 and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:

  • Bookings not purchased directly with ESF Events Limited as Principal to the contract are not covered by ABTOT.

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package.  In the unlikely event that you require assistance whilst abroad due to our financial failure, please call our 24/7 helpline on 01702 811397 and advise you are a customer of an ABTOT protected travel company.

EVENT CANCELLATION / CURTAILMENT

In the unusual event that there are insufficient entries in an age group to go ahead with the event, team registration fees and all accommodation payments made by your group will be refunded in full by ESF Events. Whilst every effort will be made to complete all scheduled fixtures at the event, ESF Events cannot be held responsible for the curtailment of the event due to adverse weather conditions or the decision of other teams to withdraw from the event.


FORCE MAJEUR

We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense arising from a change or cancellation to your tour which occurs due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control and that of our suppliers. Such events would include, for example, war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, pandemics, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, fire or adverse weather conditions, natural or nuclear disaster, decisions of Football Associations or similar events beyond our control.


COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

In the event that you experience problems with any element of the festival, you must advise the ESF Events organisers at St George’s Park in writing, so that we can attempt to resolve the problem at once. If the problem cannot be resolved at the festival, we will ask your Group Leader or nominated Coaches to complete a complaint form, following which ESF Events will undertake a full investigation on your return from the festival. If you fail to take either of these steps, it will affect our ability to investigate your complaint and may impact the way your complaint is dealt with. In the event of any dispute arising between us, the dispute will be governed by the laws of England & Wales under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Complaint forms must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the event.

ESF EVENTS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• The conduct, behaviour and actions of other teams attending the event.

• The decision of teams not to fulfil a scheduled fixture at the festival.

• Loss of property and damage to property/vehicles at St George’s Park. Vehicles are driven to and parked at venue at the owners risk.


DATA PROTECTION

ESF Events will use the personal information that you provide to process your booking. We may also need to pass your information to third party service providers such as St George’s Park and The Hilton at St George’s Park. The Group Leader for each booking has the authority to discuss all accommodation bookings made under the team booking with ESF Events and representatives from The Hilton. It is the Group Leaders responsibility to inform all other members of your party what information you are providing, and what we may use it for.

To the best of our knowledge, all information contained on this website and in all ESF Events marketing literature is accurate at the time of publication/print. Please be aware that there may be occasions when the facilities listed at St George’s Park and the Hilton Hotel are modified or unavailable due to factors beyond our control.
